Movie Madness

Here's a unique concept that some brides and grooms are using to make their receptions more "kid friendly", especially if you think you will have children who are fidgety, boisterous, or need a bit of attention. Instead of having the kids stay in the reception, invite them to another room in the banquet hall for a movie (DVD). Show a Disney classic (or have several on hand) and have an adult sitter to help out.

It's a low-cost way of providing the type of entertainment children might enjoy, and it keeps the kids from being a distraction at the reception, if that is a concern. A win-win.
